Testimonials: "I learned a lot and needed a kick to get back into healthy habits. Going into the holidays, I’ll definitely be asking myself whether or not certain things are worth eating. Listening to my hunger and my intuition I was able to gauge which foods I wanted to eat and enjoy them without guilt."
"The ability to enjoy foods but not feel horrible about it worked extremely well for me. It was nice to be able to enjoy things. Through this process my clothes fit better and most of all I feel better. Thanks for all of your help!"-KW
"I have to say, "thank you" for providing encouraging words along the way. I desperately needed a fresh look at nutrition when this started in October. I followed my intuition most of the time. I ate healthy, drank my water, took my vitamins, worked out/stretched, the majority of the time and felt great. I DID NOT beat myself up when I went out with friends, was served a special meal, had movie night with the kids, enjoyed a glass of wine on Friday night with my husband. This is a game changer. I can do this." -KC
